Fun-packed days

The holidays got the best of me so I'm behind on posting photos.  But with good reason because with holidays, comes tons and tons of fun-packed days.  What with all those days of no work and no daycare, we have to constantly rack our brains with what fun activity we can do each day to keep our Taylor (and I guess Jamie) from wasting her entire day behind the ever-stimulating iPad!  So pack a lot of fun in, we did!  Here's a sampling of ways we like to stay busy:

We meet new(born) friends:

And visit old friends:

And celebrate future friends:

We spend LOTS of time with family:

When we want more than just human interaction, we visit the zoo:

We enjoy cheap thrills so we often go rides for on the Merry-go-Round:

 And Trains:

We like to walk around and do some perusing at the malls:

We promote appreciation of the arts:

Fine art:

We try to go places where we can play and use our imagination:

And it certainly helps when we have friends to help us play:

And birthday cake doesn't hurt either:

Speaking of birthday cake, we always do a lot of eating everywhere we go:

But we like to give back and feed others as well, especially those starving ducks in Irvine:

See how hungry they are:

After our jam-packed days, we still like to wind down and do this:

That's a heavily padded iPad for those of you who don't know. Tay is teaching Jams the ropes:

Jamie still enjoys non-iPad time as well, thank goodness:

And mommy and daddy always pray that we do lots of this:

But mostly we just do this:

And that, in a blog post nutshell, is what we've been busy with.  These two girls sure do keep us on our toes!

By the way, both Jamie and Tay had their doctor's visits today so, to end this long post,
here were their stats:

JAM JAM:
Age: 6 months
Weight: 15 pounds, 40th percentile
Height: 27 inches, 90th percentile

TAY TAY:
Age: 3 years
Weight: 35 pounds, 70th percentile
Height: 38 inches, 95th percentile

Growing up too fast...
