Jump for Joy!

Tay has gotten big enough to play in one of those "jumperoo" stations. She's got some strong legs...check it out:




On a separate note, Tay got her first illness this week--a stuffy, runny nose. She's still happy during the day despite the wheezing, but the last two nights have not been fun. Normally, Tay is able to sleep through the night because if she happens to wake up in the middle of the night, she just starts sucking her thumb and is able to put herself back to sleep again. But now with the stuffy nose, she can't suck her thumb because then she has trouble breathing! So last night, I woke up almost every hour to a crying baby. And the worst part of it is, there's nothing we can really do to help her. She's still too young to be given medicine...all we can do is suction out the boogers which she really hates! It's so hard to watch her try and sleep--you can tell she's exhausted but she can't calm herself down without sucking that thumb! Hopefully, this passes soon.
